Shipping Policy

Please take a minute to review our shipping policies. 

We offer shipping via standard ground on all US orders. In-stock inventory will ship the next business day (with few exceptions). Transit time of standard ground shipping is typically 1-6 business days.
Ground shipments to Canada and Mexico are charge at a calculated cost based on the shipping address and order size. This information will be display to you when purchasing your order. You will be responsible for any customs, taxes, and local tariffs applied by the country of destination. Customs delays are common when shipping outside the United States, so please keep this in mind when you place your order.

Delivery dates are approximate and not guaranteed.
Carrier tracking numbers and delivery special options will depend on the shipping service you request. 

If you live outside the United States, Mexico and Canada and request an special shipping condition, Webee will communicate the options available to complete the shipment. You will be responsible for policies, taxes, customs and other special requests that apply to your specific country. 

Returns

Each Webee device has been created to provide you with an experience second to none in home automation. In those cases that it doesn’t meet your expectations and if you’re not completely satisfied, just follow the directions below:

  • If you are located within the United States, you may return any product you have ordered from Webee within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Contact us at support@webeelife.com to request the refund and return the product. The Webee Customer Support team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will issue a return authorization number. Please note that any items returned without an authorization number will not be processed.
Items sent after the 30-day return policy will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
We are unable to accept the return of goods that are not in their original packaging. 
If you are returning a complete kit or product it must be in the original packaging with all the accessories included. 
Any refunds will be processed after the merchandise has been received by Webee.

 In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please e-mail us within 48 hours of receiving your order. If you believe you received an item in error or a defective item, please e-mail us within 48 hours so that we can assist you.

All returns are subject to the discretion of Webee.

Dead on Arrival (DOA)

For hardware that is considered Dead On Arrival (DOA) within the first thirty (30) days from the shipment date of product from Webee manufacturing facilities, Webee will provide an expedited replacement of the affected field replaceable unit. A new unit will be made available for shipment from a designated Webee manufacturing facility.
When determined by Webee, defective product must be returned within ten (10) days from receipt of replacement unit, or customer will be invoiced the full purchase price of the replacement part. Customers should allow for additional transit and custom clearance time if international customs clearance is required. 

Warranty

One (1) Year Limited Warranty

Webee, LLC  warrants its products (the “Product”) against defects in materials and/or workmanship under normal use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of purchase by the original purchaser (“Warranty Period”). If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, then as your sole remedy (and Webee’s sole liability), Webee will at its option either 1) repair the defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or 2) replace the Product with a new product that is functionally equivalent to the original, in each case within 30 days following receipt of the returned Product. A replacement product or part, assumes the remaining warranty of the original Product. When a Product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced Product or part becomes Webee’s property.

Obtaining Service: To obtain warranty service, visit http://webeelife.com/en/webform/need-support to open a service request. Please be prepared to describe the Product that needs service and the nature of the problem. A purchase receipt is required. The Product must be insured, and shipped freight prepaid and securely packaged. You must contact support for a Return Material Authorization Number (“RMA Number”) before shipping any Product, and include the RMA Number, a copy of your purchase receipt and a description of the problem you are experiencing with the Product. Any claim under this Limited Warranty must be submitted to Webee LLC before the end of the Warranty Period.

Exclusions: This warranty does not apply to: a) damage caused by failure to follow instructions relating to the Product’s use or the installation of components; b) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, transport, neglect, fire, floods, earthquake or other external causes; c) damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not an authorized representative of Webee LLC d) accessories used in conjunction with a covered Product; e) a Product or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability; f) items intended to be periodically replaced by the purchaser during the normal life of the Product, including, without limitation, batteries, bulbs or cables; g) a Product that is used commercially or for a commercial purpose, in each case as determined by Webee LLC.

EXCEPT FOR BODILY INJURY, WEBEE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR (I) ANY LOST PROFITS, COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS, OR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR (II) ANY AMOUNTS IN EXCESS OF THE PURCHASE PRICE FOR THE PRODUCT, IN EACH CASE WHETHER RESULTING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT, OR ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY, EVEN IF COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WEBEE LLC DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTIES AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS. IF WEBEE LLC CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, THEN TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
